I created She Is Alchemystic after years of living in high-functioning survival — appearing capable on the outside while feeling disconnected underneath.
My Story
For a long time, I looked like I had it together.
I had a successful career, a home in London, and a life that looked good from the outside. I was independent, capable, and the person everyone could rely on.
But underneath it all, I was disconnected from myself.
I was highly attuned to everyone else's needs and completely disconnected from my own. Anxiety felt normal. Over-giving felt like love. Pushing through felt like strength.
Then I left the life I had built in London to create a future with someone I loved.
What followed was 18 months of becoming increasingly isolated from my support system, my community, and ultimately myself.
Little by little, I stopped listening to my intuition. I overrode my needs. I ignored what my body was trying to tell me.
The emotional toll eventually became physical.
My health suffered. My body was carrying stress I could no longer outrun. What I had ignored internally was demanding to be heard.
When the relationship ended, I wasn't just grieving a person.
I was grieving the version of myself I had lost along the way.
That was the moment everything changed.
Not overnight. Not dramatically.
But through small daily choices.
Learning boundaries.
Learning self-trust.
Learning that safety isn't something we find in another person.
It's something we create within ourselves.
Through nervous system healing, movement, yin yoga, intentional living, and learning how to come back home to my body, I slowly started reconnecting with the woman I thought I'd lost.
My spark returned.
Not because life became perfect.
But because I stopped abandoning myself.
She Is Alchemystic was born from that journey.
Today, I share the tools, lessons and practices that helped me rebuild from the inside out, in the hope that other women realise they are not broken, they have not failed, and it is never too late to come back to themselves.

My Mission
What I care about now is simple. Helping people feel more at home in themselves. For a long time, I was living in a way that looked fine from the outside, but didn’t feel steady underneath. I was used to pushing through things that didn’t feel right and not really stopping to question it.
I was in a toxic relationship that I didn’t fully recognise for what it was at the time. It wasn’t until it started affecting my health and the people around me became concerned that I began to see it more clearly. By the time it ended, I was completely drained. I was devastated, but it also forced me to stop in a way I hadn’t before.
That period changed everything. Not all at once, but gradually. Over time, I started to come back to myself. My energy shifted, I began to enjoy my work again and feel valued in it, my relationships changed, and I started to trust my intuition again. I became clearer on what felt right and where my boundaries needed to be.
What followed wasn’t anything extreme, just a steady return. Learning how to slow down, listen to my body, and build something that actually felt supportive day to day.
The changes were small, but consistent. The kind you come back to every day without overthinking it.
That’s what I focus on now. Not quick fixes

What This Work Is
She Is Alchemystic is rooted in nervous system literacy, embodiment, and practical ritual. It’s not about bypassing pain or chasing intensity. It’s about building internal steadiness — so your life choices come from clarity rather than survival.
Who It’s For
This space is for people who look functional but feel disconnected. For those ready to move from survival patterns into grounded self-trust. For anyone wanting healthier relationships, clearer boundaries, and a body that feels safe to live in.
My Approach
My work integrates nervous system education, embodied movement practices, ritual, and ongoing study in regulation-informed healing. I am currently training in Yin Yoga and continuing deeper study into nervous system integration and embodied practice.
