A collection of things I have found, used and loved. Things that will support you in your day to day and become part of your routine.

A small collection of pieces centred around love, intention, and energy.

It includes a gold-plated love bracelet, selenite, rose quartz, palo santo, and white sage — each one chosen to support moments of grounding, clearing, and coming back to yourself. I tend to reach for these in slower rituals, whether that’s resetting the energy in my space or taking a few minutes to pause.

The bracelet is something you can wear daily — a quiet reminder of connection and intention. The crystals and cleansing tools support emotional balance, releasing what feels heavy, and inviting in a softer, more

Palo Santo — “Holy Wood” — is something I come back to when I want to reset the energy around me.

Traditionally used by indigenous communities in South America, it’s known for its grounding, clearing qualities. I use it during slower moments — whether that’s before meditation, to shift the energy in my space, or just to create a sense of calm.

It has a soft, warm scent and feels both grounding and uplifting at the same time. Beyond the ritual side, it’s also naturally cleansing and can even help keep insects away.

Sustainably sourced in Peru, using only fallen branches, it’s a simple, intentional tool that supports both your space and your state.

La Vie en Rose — a simple, calming rose water mist I keep coming back to.

It’s one of those small daily rituals that makes a difference — hydrating, refreshing, and gently toning the skin without feeling heavy. I use it throughout the day, as a soft natural scent, or even as a pillow spray to wind down. Keeping it in the fridge is a game changer in warmer weather.

Made with steam-distilled rose, witch hazel, and hibiscus, it’s clean, minimal, and quietly effective — the kind of product that earns its place in your routine.

The LunaLevitate lamp is one of my favourite pieces in my home.

It gently floats above its base, glowing like the moon and creating a really soft, calming light in the evenings. It’s the kind of lighting that doesn’t feel harsh or overstimulating — just subtle, warm, and grounding.

I tend to switch it on as I start to wind down at the end of the day, and it instantly changes the atmosphere. The space feels quieter, slower, more intentional. It’s simple, but there’s something about it that makes everything feel a bit more considered.

One of those pieces that blends into your routine without trying too hard, but still adds something special.

Gua sha is something I come back to when I’m holding tension in my face — which, realistically, is most days.

I use it as part of my morning routine, taking a few quiet minutes to wake up my skin and my body more gently. It helps reduce puffiness, boost circulation, and bring a natural lift, but more than that, it sets the tone for the day.

It’s a simple practice that helps release build-up in the jaw, brow, and neck, and creates a moment to slow down before everything starts moving. I notice a real difference not just in my skin, but in how I feel.

Rose quartz adds another layer — connected to self-love, softness, and a more intentional way of caring for yourself.

A simple duo I use when I want to bring more care and attention to my hair routine.

The combination of the scalp stimulator and Ayurvedic oil supports circulation, helping to encourage healthier growth while bringing the hair back to a stronger, more nourished state. It’s something I use more as a ritual than a quick fix — taking time to massage the scalp and slow down.

After years of bleaching, my hair is now in the best condition it’s been in for a long time, and this has been a big part of that.

I’ve found it helps with overall scalp health, shine, and softness, while also creating a moment to reset and reconnect. One of those practices that feels as much for your wellbeing as it does for your hair.

This is the tea I’ll have when I want something light, refreshing, and a bit of a reset.

The blend of lemongrass, hibiscus, raspberry, and citrus makes it feel really clean and uplifting—slightly fruity but not overly sweet. It’s the kind of tea that feels easy to drink throughout the day.

Hibiscus is known for its antioxidant properties and can support overall wellbeing, while lemongrass is often used to aid digestion and reduce bloating. Together, it’s a good option if you’re looking for something that feels a bit lighter on the body, especially after heavy meals or when you just want to feel more balanced.

I’ll usually have it in the morning or mid-afternoon when I want something that feels refreshing but still calming.

This is the one I’ll have after meals or in the evening when I want something a bit more soothing.

It’s very minty but in a softer, more layered way—sweet mint, spearmint, and peppermint with a subtle chocolatey note from the cacao. The pink peppercorn gives it a slight warmth, which balances it out nicely.

Mint is great for digestion, so it’s especially good if you’re feeling a bit full or just want something to help everything settle. It feels refreshing but also calming at the same time.

I tend to reach for it when I want something comforting without going for something heavy or sweet.

Oil pulling is one of those simple habits that can make a noticeable difference to your oral health.

I use the Georganics oil pulling mouthwash—it’s made with coconut oil and infused with spearmint, so it feels really fresh but still gentle. It’s based on an Ayurvedic practice where you swish oil in your mouth to help draw out bacteria and toxins.

Over time, it can help reduce plaque, support healthier gums, and keep your mouth feeling clean without disrupting the natural balance like harsher products can.

I usually use it in the morning before brushing—it’s a small ritual, but it leaves your mouth feeling properly fresh and looked after.

This is one of those pieces I wear daily and rarely take off.

Tourmaline is known for its protective and strengthening qualities — helping to absorb heavier energy and bring you back to a more grounded, steady state. I tend to reach for it when I feel a bit off, overwhelmed, or just need something to centre me again.

It’s simple and easy to wear, but what keeps me coming back to it is the energy behind the tourmaline itself. Over time, I’ve noticed how grounding it feels — like a quiet layer of support that helps take the edge off and bring me back into balance.

This is one of those oils I use when my skin feels a bit off or depleted.

It’s lightweight but still really nourishing, with grapeseed, sea buckthorn, and infused green tea working together to restore softness and balance. I notice the difference most when my skin’s been affected by things like weather, heating, or just feeling run down.

The scent is subtle — earthy, slightly citrusy, and grounding without being too much. I tend to use it in slower moments, letting it actually sink in rather than rushing.

Simple, natural, and just feels good to use.

This is something I use as part of my evening bath — a way to slow down at the end of the day.

With vetiver and rose geranium, the scent feels grounding but also gently uplifting — nothing overpowering, just enough to shift your state. The salts and clay help cleanse and soften the skin, while the calendula oil adds a soothing, restorative layer.

I tend to use it when I feel a bit tense or out of balance, especially when I need to release the build-up from the day. It’s less about the bath itself and more about creating space to come back to yourself.

Simple, calming, and a really easy way to reset both body and mind

This is one of those candles that really shifts the atmosphere of a space.

It has a warm, woody-spicy scent that feels grounding but still uplifting — not overpowering, just enough to create a sense of calm and presence. I tend to light it in the evenings or when I want to slow things down and reset the energy around me.

Inspired by Ayurvedic tradition, it brings a more mindful, intentional feel into the home. Simple, clean, and one of those small details that makes your space feel more intentional.

A gentle, everyday set that keeps my hair feeling soft, smooth, and easy to manage.

Made with rose and jasmine essential oils, it has a light, natural scent that feels both calming and uplifting without being overpowering. The ingredients are simple and considered — no sulphates, parabens, or silicones — so it cleanses without stripping and leaves the hair with a more natural shine.

Rooted in Ayurvedic tradition, the brand draws on ancient formulations from Kerala, bringing a more holistic, time-tested approach to hair and skin. You can feel that intention in the quality — it’s not rushed or overly processed.

This is one of those pieces I keep coming back to — simple, but it feels meaningful every time I wear it.

The clear quartz sits at the centre — known for bringing clarity, balance, and a more grounded state. I tend to reach for it when I feel mentally busy or a bit off-centre, as it has a way of creating calm and focus in a subtle, steady way.

I’m drawn to pieces like this that hold intention — not just how they look, but how they make you feel. Simple, but with depth behind it.

This is from a friend’s brand, which makes it feel even more special. Eden Ashram is a brand I really love for its slower, more conscious approach

It’s one of those pieces that’s just easy—soft, relaxed, and somethingyou can throw on whether chilling at home or out for the day. It’s made using organic and recycled fabrics, and you can feel the quality in it.

There’s also something a bit more intentional behind it—it’s been carefully made, finished by hand, and is good in every sense.

This is another piece from my friend’s brand that I love.

It has that slightly oversized, lived-in feel that just works without trying too hard. The fabric is heavier, so it sits really nicely and feels like something that will last.

I like that it’s been made more consciously too—using better materials and a slower process. It feels considered, but still really easy to throw on.

One of those pieces that adds a bit of edge while still feeling comfortable and effortless.

These are my go-to when I want something sweet but still feel good after.

The mix of salty fig and roasted almond is so good—rich, slightly chewy, with that dark chocolate on the outside. It feels indulgent, but not overly heavy or sugary.

I like that they’re made with more natural ingredients and less sugar, so it doesn’t have that usual crash after.

Perfect for an evening treat or just something a bit different from standard chocolate.

This is the journal I use daily—the one I come back to when I need to clear my head or feel more like myself again. It’s guided, so you’re not just writing aimlessly—it helps you get clear on your mindset, your values, your ideal day, and where you actually want your life to go. I’ve used it on and off for the past 5 years, and it’s one of the few things that genuinely helps me reset and think clearly. Some days I go deeper, some days it’s just a few lines—but it always brings me back to what matters. Simple, but surprisingly powerful.

This is a great starter kit if you’re new to yin and want to create a slower, more restorative practice at home. My yin journey really began with building a space that felt calm and supportive—and these pieces have been a big part of that.

I do 30 minutes of yin most evenings to relax and wind down, and having the right props makes it so much easier to fully settle into each pose.

It includes hemp and cork props, including the Yogamatters Hemp Buckwheat Bolster, designed to support your body so you can properly switch off.

Simple, supportive, and easy to keep in your space.

This is my favourite yoga mat at the moment—something that feels good to practise on, but also aligns with how I want to live.

It’s made using algae from lakes and ponds—something that’s actually harmful to ecosystems when left unchecked. Instead of letting it build up, it’s removed and turned into the foam used in the mat, helping to clean and restore the water in the process.

For me, it’s a small, more intentional choice—something that supports both my practice and the environment.

It’s lightweight, cushioned, and easy to move around, so it works whether you’re practising at home or taking it with you.

This is my favourite candle at the moment—simple, calming, and something I always have burning in the evenings.

I love how minimal it looks in my space, but it’s really the scent that keeps me coming back. It’s soft and slightly musky with a hint of freshness, so it feels grounding without being too heavy.

It’s one of those small things that instantly shifts the mood—especially when I’m winding down, reading, or just having a quiet moment at home.

A calming evening blend I use to slow down and transition into rest.

It’s designed to support your nervous system and natural sleep rhythm, helping the body unwind after the day. With magnesium, glycine, and myo-inositol, it works gently to ease tension, support relaxation, and settle the mind.

I tend to have it as part of my evening routine — something warm, simple, and grounding before sleep, with a subtle lemon and ginger flavour.

This is one of my favourite pieces—I wear it every day.

I was actually gifted it from a friend, which makes it feel even more special. I love moonstone for its softness—it feels calming and easy, but still has something to it.

The tones are really subtle and the little gold charms just add a nice touch without being too much. I’ll stack them or wear one on its own depending on my mood.

Rose water is such an easy addition to your skincare because it feels refreshing, calming, and gentle on the skin. I use it in the morning to wake up my skin, at night after cleansing, and throughout the day whenever I want a quick refresh. It’s one of those simple products that helps your skin feel balanced, hydrated, and looked after without doing too much.

These are such a simple switch, but they make a big difference to your skincare routine.

I use them for hot cloth cleansing, which feels a lot gentler on the skin compared to wipes. It helps remove makeup, oil, and buildup without stripping your skin, so everything feels more balanced after.

The bamboo is really soft and naturally antibacterial, which makes them feel clean and comfortable to use, even if your skin is a bit sensitive.

It’s also just an easier, more sustainable option—something you can wash and reuse rather than constantly throwing things away.

This is what I use in the evenings when I’m starting to wind down.

I spray it over my bed before getting in, and it just shifts the whole feel of the space. The blend of lavender, mandarin, and frankincense is calming without being too heavy—more soft and grounding than overly sleepy.

It’s a small part of my night routine, but it helps signal to my body that it’s time to switch off and rest.
